Looking for a great little sump that can be squeezed into about anywhere? The Eshopps Reef Sump 75 is for you. When I purchased my 54 gallon corner aquarium I had no intention to add a sump. I bought the stand that didn't make any room for a sump, and was kicking myself later, when I discovered that my tank could really benifit from one. After alot of looking I came up with two options - make one myself or buy the Eshopps Reef Sump 75 - I opted for the Eshopps and am glad I did.

While making your own sump isn't rocket science, it's still more difficult than you would expect. I've setup what I believed to be the perfect sump using a 10 gallon aquarium only to come in the next day to find the class and silicone had slipped and all my work was scrapped. At a little over $100, this sump is an excellent value = heck, the materials would probably run $40 themselves. Do youself a favor, and pick up one of these if you are trying to add a sump to your tank.

Getting tired of carrying water back from the fish store for your saltwater tank? It doesn't take lugging too many 5 gallon buckets back and forth until you are ready to give up, let alone if you're trying to fill up a new 90 gallon aquarium! Well, relief is here, with this simple Mighty Mite Reverse Osmosis kit, you'll be able to make enough water to fill up your aquarium without any effort on your part. While these kits can be slow (it takes a day to make 50 gallons of usable water), you don't have to do any work, so if you've got the time, this is the easiest way to fill up your tank.

The Mighty Mite D.I. is a complete R.O.D.I. (Reverse Osmosis) reef water system designed for those on a budget. Featuring three stages of filtration, this system is ideal for Reefkeepers with a fifty gallon or smaller tank. This compact system can be taken anywhere. You can purify water on the move. The Mighty Mite can be used on city tap water or well water, as it purifies water completely through a Reverse Osmosis membrane. Depending upon water temperature and pressure, this unit can deliver between 20 and 50 gallons for pure R.O.D.I. water a day. That's 1 to 2 gallons per hour. You will understand how effective R.O. membranes are when you see just how small a trickle of water is made. The water may trickle but it is still one to two gallons per hour.

The pre-filters, though small, remove sediment, particles, and chlorine, just like the pre-filters in a full size R.O. system. This unit is designed with the small user in mind. Say you need one gallon of top off every day, this is the unit for you. The Mighty Mite weighs just seven pounds and is only 15 inches long, seven inches tall, and six inches deep. The unit comes complete with a full size NSF certified in-line sediment filter, a full size in-line GAC (Granulated Activated Carbon) filter, and a TFC (Thin Film Composite) RO membrane & a full size horonzontal DI. Also included are a faucet diverter valve, preset flow control, tubing, and an illustrated instruction manual. Our quick connect push-in fittings, truly make this system plug-n-play! Awesome -0- TDS water easy and affordable.MIGHTY MITE w/ DI The Mighty Mite DI is a complete RODI (Reverse Osmosis) reef water system designed for those on a budget. Featuring three stages of filtration, this system is ideal for Reefkeepers with a fifty gallon or smaller tank.

These moonlights by R2 are pretty amazing - now, people can see my fish swimming around after all the tank lights have shut off. I hated turning the tank lights on to show guests my fish, or to investigate something that didn't look right after the main tank lights were off, but now I don't have to. With these moonlights, I can see enough to make out all my fish, and the structure in the aquarium. I can see my fish swim, and they don't seem to care about the light at all (it simulates the natural glow of the moon, and the fish even like it).
R2 Moonlights boast specialized LEDs that produce the same wavelength as that of the moon. This wavelength creates a more natural nighttime environment for aquarium fish, invertebrates and photosynthetic corals. The moon also heavily influences feeding and spawning behavior. R2 moonlights create an ideal natural nighttime environment for optimal viewing!

These lightweight durable compact strips utilize ultra blue LEDs spaced at intervals of 2 inches to ensure complete coverage resulting in a beautiful shimmering moonlight effect These compacts are designed to be installed in the same manner as regular aquarium lights, above the acrylic or glass cover. The compact size allows for the R2 Signature Series lights to easily sit beside conventional daylight lighting systems.
